Dental Veneers Create Brilliant Smiles

Crafted from Cutting-Edge Materials

The advanced dental ceramics used to create porcelain dental veneers mimic the light-reflecting properties of tooth enamel.

Versatile Cosmetic Enhancement

Dental veneers can conceal a number of cosmetic concerns including chips, cracks, minor tooth misalignment, gaps, and stubborn stains.

Quality and Durability

The strength of modern veneers is remarkable. With proper maintenance and regular visits to a dentist, your results can last 10 years or more.

Achieve a More Uniform Smile with Porcelain Veneers

Dr. Andy Maples in Loveland, CO, is transforming smiles with veneers crafted of high-grade porcelain ceramics. This cosmetic dentistry treatment is a great option that can quickly address many cosmetic dental issues affecting one tooth or many teeth.

These ultra-thin porcelain veneers fit directly over the front surface of a tooth. The treatment is completed in two to three visits to your dentist’s office, and veneers can last for many years with proper maintenance.

In some cases, porcelain veneers can eliminate the need for braces. Slight gaps or minor misalignment are easily concealed with the porcelain coverings. Another significant advantage is the fact that porcelain is highly resistant to stains compared to your natural tooth enamel. If you are considering veneers, you might think of them as permanent tooth whitening; however, it is important to understand that surrounding teeth that have not undergone this treatment will remain prone to staining.

Porcelain Veneers Placement Procedure

The treatment for veneers is completed over two to three visits to West Lake Dental in Loveland, CO. During your initial visit, Dr. Andy Maples will discuss the dental imperfections you would like addressed, and what you would like to achieve with veneers. Once we have a clear idea of what you are looking for, your teeth are prepared and temporary veneers are placed. Dr. Maples sends your smile information, including your x-rays and impressions, to the dental lab. Here, your veneers are manufactured and later sent back to our office.

After a week or two, our office will contact you to schedule an appointment at our Loveland, CO, office for the final placement of your new porcelain veneers. Our cosmetic dentist removes the temporary veneers and gives you the first preview of your new smile. Once you give your final approval, the permanent veneers are securely bonded onto the surfaces of your teeth.

Caring for Your New Veneers

Caring for your veneers requires excellent dental hygiene and the use of a mouthguard if you grind your teeth at night or play contact sports. Brush your teeth for two minutes at least twice a day using a non-abrasive toothpaste. Floss gently, and visit your dentist for routine checkups to keep your veneers looking great for years to come.
