Meet Our Loveland Dental Team
Jackie - Office Manager
I have been in the dental field for over 30 years, and it's my job to make sure the practice runs as smoothly as possible. I enjoy getting to know each of our patients on a first name basis and assisting them with any of their treatment or insurance questions.
Outside of the office, I love being with my husband of over 30 years. We both enjoy spending time outdoors either walking, riding bikes, gardening, riding trails in our Razor or just soaking up the sunshine!
Annie - Dental Receptionist
I have worked in the dental field for 13 years and started with West Lake Dental as a front office administrator in 2020. I love getting to know our patients and connecting with them when they visit our office. I was drawn to the dentistry field because I really like helping people! In my free time, I enjoy being with my husband and our two dogs, Hudson and Riley. I also love to travel and work in my garden in the spring and summer.
Stephanie - Registered Dental Hygienist
I am a dental hygienist, and have worked in the dental field for 30 years. I am educated in all aspects of dentistry. I love my work, but even more importantly, I love our patients and the relationships that I established with them over the years. I enjoy helping those who are anxious by providing a calm, caring environment. I find that educating patients in preventive dental care is very rewarding.
In my free time, I enjoy outdoor activities and chasing my 3 boys around to and from all their sporting events. Spending time with my husband and 4 amazing children is what I enjoy most.
Michelle - Registered Dental Hygienist
I graduated from the Dental Hygiene program at The University of Texas Health School of Dentistry in 2000. I was a dental assistant before I went to hygiene school and I feel that helps me to understand all aspects of dentistry. I love making a connection with my patients and helping them feel more comfortable about their treatment. I enjoy educating patients about how to maintain good oral health. Outside of work, my husband Brian and I enjoy spending time with our two daughters. We love to ski, hike, paddleboard, and go on coffee runs.
Sarah - Registered Dental Assistant
I have been in the dental field since 2009. I love working alongside Dr. Andy to help create the perfect patient experience. I have been digitally designing crows since 2014, and I love to assist in our same-day crowns; I take pride in every crown I design! Outside of work, I like to spend time outside with my husband and two kids and visit with our extended family.
Ratana - Dental Assistant
I’ve been in the dental field for two years after completing my dental assistant training through IBMC in 2020. I enjoy being a dental assistant because I like partnering with patients to improve their health. In my spare time (what spare time? - I’m also a new mom!), I enjoy spending time with my husband, my son, and our dogs.
Taylor – Dental Assistant
I am a proud Colorado native who joined the dental field two years ago. I began as a social media coordinator at a dental practice and discovered my passion for patient care, so I transitioned to dental assisting. Two years later, I love it! I also enjoy being outdoors, wake surfing at the lake, and spending quality time with my family and dogs.
Lauren - Director of Operations
I am a clinical psychologist with a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Colorado State University. After operating my own private therapy practice for 6 years in Fort Collins, I decided to take a break from clinical work in early 2020 – and then the pandemic happened. Over the past two years, I have increasingly provided behind-the-scenes support to West Lake Dental and now occupy the role of Director of Operations. Although psychology and dentistry seem quite different, I’ve found that my background in running a business, navigating insurance, and providing healthcare services for my own patients has translated nicely to my work at West Lake. And having someone trained in managing anxiety, communication skills, and interpersonal relationships is never a bad thing at a dentist’s office! In my free time, I like to be outside with Dr. Andy and our kids, watching movies, and reading.
Jake – Registered Dental Hygienist
I have been a dental hygienist in Northern Colorado for the past 13 years. During this time, I have had the good fortune to work with and learn from my wonderful colleagues in both general practice and periodontal dental offices. I feel that the best part of being a dental hygienist is helping to motivate patients to achieve their optimal oral health.
I moved to Northern Colorado in 2009 after earning my Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene (BSDH) degree from Oregon Institute of Technology in my hometown of Klamath Falls, OR. In my free time, I enjoy amateur competitive cycling as well as skiing and fly fishing. I love doing these activities with my wife, who is busy as a full-time returning college student working toward her degree in accounting at CSU.
